Hey Citroen specialists. Have a Citroen Xsara Picasso 1.6 HDI from 2004 which has a strange problem. Car would crank but not start. At ignition fans will go always on. I have no communication with ECU via OBD. Checked all the fuses and all are ok. This problem is sporadic but from 3 days ago won't start anymore no matter what.
