Treadmill accuracy. Summer has finally hit and to avoid running in 100+ degree heat I have taken my running to the gym. Today was my first workout on the treadmill since purchasing the 230 back in February. I have done close to 100 runs outdoors and have been pleased with the accuracy. However, it seems the device was off by quite a bit when Have run over 2,600 miles since mid November, 2015 with the 235. I guess I am lucky,no real issues with the Elevate wrist HR. Garmin has updated software several times since the Watch hit the streets and those improvements seemed to have been beneficial to most folks. Have I had issues with wonky HR readings sometimes? Yes.
The Forerunner 45S is 24% lighter than the Forerunner 235, and the Forerunner 45 is 14% lighter. This is mostly because the Forerunner 45 has a smaller screen at 26.3mm vs. the Forerunner’s 31.3mm. (The Forerunner 45 and 45S have the same size screen—only the case is different, as one is made for smaller wrists).
The Forerunner 235 (left) is slightly thicker than the Forerunner 245 (right). In terms of appearance, the two are pretty similar. However, the Forerunner 245 is a bit slimmer. It measures 42.3 x 42.3 x 12.2 mm and weighs 38.5 g. On the other hand, the Forerunner 235 comes in at 45 x 45 x 11.7 mm and 42 g.

Forerunner 235 does an excellent job. with sharp and easy-to-read text. the 235 is fairly easy. it works well and is easy to set up. improve overall fitness and running performance.
